We scaled back our pace some to add some distance today, and she was all about it! Her longest run to date.
Sinatra: I’ve been thinking a lot about it, and I think Linda should run for president.
Me: Oh yeah- why is that?
Sinatra: Well, she’s already a great boss at her job, and she’s definitely a great leader.
Me: Agreed- 💯 But I don’t think she’s all that into politics.
Sinatra: I know, but she’s also a really great speaker- and they have to do that a lot.
Me: True- she’s definitely great at public speaking. She still doesn’t want to be a politician though.
Sinatra: Oh- and she’s really awesome at pretty much all the other stuff she does.
Me: Yep- she still doesn’t want to get into politics.
Sinatra: 🤨
Me: What?
Sinatra: Why are you trying to kill my dream of being first dog?
Me: Seriously? Hey- why can’t I be president?
Sinatra: Ehh, you really just aren’t that into politics….
